Organic Chia Seed Oil
Botanical / INCI name (EU) - Salvia hispanica
Chia seeds have the best concentration of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which play an important role in the care for our cells, skin, and organs. They ensure the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins such as D, E, K and they improve the ability to concentrate and the mood in general. A teaspoon of the oil contains as much Calcium as two glasses of milk.

Palmitic acid - 6,8%, Stearic acid - 3,2%, Oleic acid omega 9 monounsaturated - 6,4%, Linoleic acid omega 6 polyunsaturated 18,5%, Alpha-Linolenic acid omega-3, polyunsaturated - 60%, Vitamin E/Tocopherols: Vitamin E 217,7mg/kg, Alpha-Tocopherol (α) 5,2mg/kg, Gamma-Tocopherol (γ) 850mg/kg, Carotenoids - 8,7mg/kg

The oil does not contain any artificial preservatives or artificial colors.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light, We recommend refrigerate after opening. If the temperature is low, the product may become turbid or may solidify, but the effect fades at room temperature. Use within 3 months after opening.
Recommended dosage: internal use – 1 teaspoon in the morning (on an empty stomach) and 1 teaspoon in the evening (before bedtime); cold cuisine – according to the taste and the amount of food; external use – as necessary.
